Heather Locklear was born on September 25 of 1961, in Westwood, California, USA as Heather Deen Locklear. She is an actor and producer. Her credits include Melrose Place (1992), The Perfect Man (2005) and The Return of Swamp Thing (1989). She was previously married to Richie Sambora and Tommy Lee. Richie Sambora is her ex-husband and a member Bon Jovi. Ava Locklear, aka Ava Elizabeth Sambora, was her daughter. She was born on October 4, 1997 along with Richie Sambora.
